Your privacy is important to us. Here's how RED Law Firm, LLC collects, processes, and stores the information you share with us.

Collection and Use of User and Client Contact

When you contact us or subscribe to our educational newsletters, our opt-in signup forms ask for and collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal code, country, and firm size. We keep your information private within our company servers. We do not sell our contracts, subscriber, or lists. We do not share or sell any of your personally identifiable information to third parties.

Cookies

When you opt-in to receive or download materials from RED Law Firm, LLC (such as online newsletters, checklists, white papers, or guides), our website leaves a cookie on your browser to ensure that you have unlimited access to all RED Law Firm, LLC downloads. If you clear your browser of cookies, your access to the downloads will disappear until you opt-in again and another cookie is added to your browser.

Contract Inquiries

Information collected when you contact or register with us is kept confidential and private, and not available to third parties. RED Law Firm, LLC does not store or have access to the personal payment information or credit cards processed through the firm. RED Law Firm, LLC makes it a policy to regularly purge payment information. We only store payment information at the request of the client.

Transmitting Your Information Overseas

We are a U.S.-based company. When we transmit a person's personal information from overseas, we will only do so with your consent to the transmission or otherwise in accordance with the applicable privacy laws. Subscribing to email notifications that require you to voluntarily provide us with your personal information is an expression of consent to your personal information being sent overseas as part of the transaction process.

Removing Your Information

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters or emails, contact RED Law Firm, LLC at robert@robdintamanesq.com to be removed from our lists.

Security

RED Law Firm, LLC is HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) and is using SHA-256 with RSA encryption. We continue to assess new technology as it becomes available and to upgrade our physical and electronic security systems as appropriate. Additionally, RED Law Firm, LLC performs a self-assessment of our privacy practices and procedures annually. We delete personal information that is no longer necessary for RED Law Firm, LLC to have as a business entity or to provide you with our products and services.
